We are also happy to stick to whatever budget you set. However, if you set a budget we would simply work from the highest priority areas first and down until the allotted time/budget runs out.

These controls change this preview only and reset when reloaded. Home-size ranges use 250 sq ft steps. Size-based time includes bathrooms. Weekly and bi-weekly are identical; monthly adds 1 hour; move-in/out adds 1 hour to deep cleaning.
Deep and move-in/out use $45 per hour; weekly/biweekly use $40; monthly uses $45 as listed on the pricing page. Recurring size estimates keep the original scale through 2,000 sq ft, then taper to 6 labor hours at the largest range (3,625–3,874 sq ft). Monthly and pet adjustments apply on top. Recurring indoor pets add 0.5 labor hours after the base minimum. Recurring hides and excludes all extras. Extra charges are fixed dollar amounts and are added after the labor minimum. Dirt levels 9–10 require a personal estimate.
