For regular household cleans, we charge $35 per hour, per cleaner, plus a nominal service fee per visit depending on location and project scope. This helps to cover our cleaners’ travel time. Initial “deep” cleans are charged at a rate of $40 per hour, per cleaner, because they typically involve a greater level of detail. Every client starts with a “deep clean” before getting on the regular schedule at the regular rate. Clients that are monthly or more will be billed at the “deep clean” rate, while weekly and bi-weekly are charged the regular rate.

We are happy to provide a free estimate, but it’s hard to know exactly how long the process will take until we dig in and start cleaning your home. Thus, the estimated time could skew in either direction depending on clutter, frequency, etc. However, we will communicate with you throughout if we think it will take longer. 

Cleans can be monthly (every 4 weeks), bi-weekly, or weekly. The more frequently we clean, the fewer hours we tend to spend per cleaning. (Most of our customers prefer bi-weekly, which seems to be a nice balance of cost savings and the ability to keep your home well maintained.)

The first clean will generally cost more as we detail-clean your home.

Our cleaners are highly trained professionals who work quickly and effectively. You’ll be surprised by how much we can get done in a few hours. Generally, most average-sized homes take anywhere from 4-6 hours to effectively clean.
