Deep Cleaning

A more detailed clean for a first visit or when your home needs extra attention. We spend additional time addressing buildup and the details that routine upkeep may miss.

Regular / Recurring Cleaning

Keep your home comfortably clean with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits (every four weeks). Most clients begin with a deep clean, then move to a regular maintenance schedule.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Give your space a fresh start before settling in or after moving out. Tell us about the property and your priorities so we can plan the cleaning around your needs.

What We Clean

Throughout Your Home

Floors, living spaces, bedrooms, and the details in between.

Vacuum carpets, rugs, and stairs, including edges and underneath small area rugs. Wash or mop floors according to the surface.
Vacuum couches and chairs; periodically flip cushions upon request.
Remove cobwebs and dust blinds, windowsills, lamps, light fixtures, furniture, and woodwork.
Dust picture frames, knick-knacks, shelves, and baseboards within reach. Clean mirrors and picture glass.
Make beds and wash bed linens when included in your cleaning plan.
Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays, replace trash bags, and tidy rooms.

Kitchen

Care for everyday surfaces and the spots where grease and crumbs collect.

Clean counters, cabinet fronts, tables, chairs, and appliance surfaces. Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes.
Scrub and sanitize sinks and faucets, then dry and shine the sink and fixtures.
Clean the range top and accessible areas beneath the stovetop, plus drip pans, burner grates, control knobs, and the range hood.
Clean the refrigerator’s top and exterior.
Clean the microwave inside and out, including the turntable.
Wash floors and finish by drying and shining appliance surfaces.

Bathrooms

Focused attention to high-use surfaces and bathroom buildup.

Clean, scrub, and sanitize showers, bathtubs, and sinks, addressing soap scum and grime.
Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes, and toilets—including the bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base.
Clean mirrors and polish chrome fixtures.
Scrub floors and tile walls, and deodorize the space.
Clean and sanitize cabinet fronts, shelves, fixtures, and items on the vanity, returning items to their places.

Optional Extras

Need inside-oven or inside-refrigerator cleaning, thorough inside window-glass cleaning, or attention to a garage area? Include these in your estimate request so we can allow for the additional work.

We normally dust blinds, clean windowsills, and spot-clean glass as needed. Thorough inside glass cleaning is an extra service.

Your actual charge may be less or more depending on the time needed. The first clean generally takes longer, and more frequent visits usually mean less time per cleaning. We’ll communicate with you if the job appears likely to take longer than expected.
