Agreed-Upon Pricing

A reasonable cleaning fee per visit, agreed upon with you in advance, plus $15 per laundry load.

Linens Taken Care Of

Each $15 load includes wash and fold, plus transportation to and from our office. Your clean linens stay together in a dedicated client basket, ready for the next cleaning.

Dependable Scheduling

Guaranteed service with at least one day’s notice. Same-day service may sometimes be available, but is not guaranteed.

Fresh Linens, Ready for the Next Visit

Laundry is part of the turnover, and we make it easier to manage. We transport linens to and from our office, wash and fold them, and keep a basket for each client with clean linens ready for the next cleaning.

It’s a simple system that helps keep your property’s linens organized between stays—all for $15 per laundry load, in addition to your agreed-upon cleaning fee.

Support for Your Booking Calendar

With at least one day’s notice, you can count on guaranteed cleaning service through our Airbnb program. If a last-minute booking comes in, ask us about same-day availability. We’ll help when we can, though same-day service cannot be guaranteed.

Saturday and Sunday service is available at a premium charge, so you have options when guest turnover falls on a weekend.
